You can cancel or change your booking.
To make sure we can provide the opportunity for another client to be able to book in for a treatment, we ask that you cancel or amend your booking at least 24 hours in advance, to adhere to our cancellations and lateness policy.
To change your booking, please click on the link in your confirmation email to update your booking. Alternatively, you can call up the spa and they will manually change this for you.
